Cold is weaker than Freeza. I don't know why people keep thinking he somehow has this magical form that he can utilize which makes him stronger, when it's implied that even if he DID, it'd be weaker than Trunks. Cooler is stronger than both Freeza and Cold, and Trunks too if you believe his statements in Movie 5.
Assuming you're talking about Meta Cooler, then I agree. But if it's the form that Goku beat then hell no. He's no match for a SSJ just like Frieza and King Cold.


None of them are a match for SSJs (except Meta Cooler) but I'd still place 14 and 15 at being stronger than the aliens.

 Going off his own statements, Goku was a lot stronger in Movie 5 than he was against Freeza on Namek, and when returning from Earth.

Um... Lunar i think you might be on the high or something.... thats impossible for Cold to be stronger than Cell.

Gero got Cold's and Freiza's Cells.
Why would he make Cell weaker than both of them?

 because he could not just give cell power, 99.9% of cells power is absorbed from others, not his own power. cell with no absorbs is weak, because he doesnt train. gohan proved that it doesnt matter how much potential you have, youre nothing if you dont use it. cell inherited the racial attributes and memories of the fighters he is comprised of, not the power. i dont have a daiz, does it say what cells pl is? i did the simple math figuring colds power, assuming that changelings that appear to be in the same form are in the same form, and that transes work the same for everyone of the same race, so the only way you could seriously dispute the numbers is to prove that appearance means nothing and every trans is different. until then i say colds max power level is any where from an absolute minimum of 1,500,000,000 to a max of 44,000,000,000. and i say closer to the top.
